Source candidates via  JobStreet, LinkedIn, social media, referrals & networking

Screen resumes and conduct  initial interviews

Partner with hiring managers on  manpower requirements

Coordinate interviews and candidate communications

Build and maintain an  active talent pipeline

Handle offers, recruitment documentation and records

Ensure a positive candidate experience and accurate recruitment reporting

Requirements Diploma/Degree in HR, Business or related field

2–5 years of recruitment / talent acquisition experience

Familiar with LinkedIn and major job portals

CEI certification preferred

HR Generalist candidates with solid recruitment experience are welcome

Accounting/Audit recruitment experience is advantageous
