Have experience in customer service, order processing or sales support ? This could be your next opportunity. Your Role You'll be the key coordination point between customers and internal teams, ensuring orders move smoothly from quotation to delivery. Key duties: Handle customer enquiries and order requests Process quotations and sales orders Update customers on delivery schedules and stock availability Coordinate with warehouse, logistics and procurement teams Monitor order fulfilment and delivery progress Maintain accurate customer and sales records Prepare reports and assist with inventory tracking Support the sales team with administrative coordination Requirements Relevant experience in customer service, sales support, order processing or coordination preferred Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office Strong communication and follow-up skills Microsoft Dynamics NAV experience is an advantage
