Up till $3,300 basic + Bonus Work Location: Great World Work time: Mon – Fri 8:30am to 5:00pm and Sat: 8:30am to 1pm | 5.5 days Established Home-Grown Vision Care Specialist in Singapore Islandwide Retail Presence with Multiple Stores Comprehensive Optical & Vision Care Services Strong Focus on Professional & Personalised Eye Care Training & Career Development Opportunities Job Description: Provide frontline customer service and perform patients’ registration at the counter Handle phone calls and inquiries Assist in scheduling and rescheduling of appointments Dispense of medications Liaise with patients and family members and educate on follow up Handle payment collection and basic administrative duties Assist the doctor in clinical tests and minor procedures (training will be provided) Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements: 1 year experience as a Clinic Assistant Customer service oriented with good communication skills Computer literate – good with excel and software
