Your tasks
- Manage client onboarding and provide ongoing support to ensure a smooth and positive client experience.
- Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients, handling inquiries and requests promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services.
- Proactively follow up with clients to address their needs, resolve issues and maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Prepare and maintain client-related documents, correspondence and service updates.
- Maintain accurate client records and track service progress.
- Assist in implementing initiatives to improve client experience and operational efficiency.
- Build strong client relationships and ensure consistent service quality.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Business or Marketing
- Minimum 1 year experience in client servicing or customer-facing role
