BIM Modeller (Civil & Structural) | Changi / Kranji | Up to $5,000 + Bonus | Mon–Fri

Salary: Up to $5,000 basic + Variable Bonus Location: Changi or Kranji Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:30pm

Job Responsibilities Work closely with the project management team to support project workplans

Assist in maintaining BIM standards and workflows

Prepare design and construction documents

Coordinate with project and construction teams on submissions, updates and changes

Check for clashes with other disciplines and support BIM coordination

Handle project coordination and updates

Create and update BIM models using relevant BIM software

Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements Diploma or Degree in a relevant field

At least 2 years of relevant experience as a Civil & Structural BIM Modeller

Good knowledge of AutoCAD

Proficient in Autodesk Revit and BIM tools

Good interpersonal and coordination skills

Able to work effectively with project and construction teams
