Assistant Quantity Surveyor (Interior design)

Up till $3,500 basic + Quarterly commission + Variable bonus Work Location: Jln Kilang Timor Work time: Monday to Friday, 5 days, 9:00AM – 6:00PM Established Interior Design & Renovation Company Specialised in Commercial & Office Projects End-to-End Project Management Exposure Exposure to Diverse Design & Renovation Projects Job Description: Staring and taking off the preparation of quantities for pricing, and ensuring budget accuracy. Manage and source quotations, follow up with contractors, and analyze costing Take a lead on the preparation and submission of tender and quotation Negotiate pricing contracts with subcontractors and suppliers Facilitate and study client and designer’s requests and requirement Sourcing of new subcontractors and suppliers Prepare renovation submission documents Understand renovation phases and do scheduling for designers/sales/contractor.

Requirements: Diploma/Degree Holder in QS At least 1 year of relevant working experience. Highly self-motivated, independent, good communication skills, outgoing, meticulous Able to work in a fast-paced environment, tight schedules, pressure and multi-task Experienced with space planning for interior design and renovation projects
