Ensure hazardous liquids, chemicals, and other waste are properly contained in suitable bins, drums, or containers to prevent spills and littering during transportation. Secure and lash all containers and equipment firmly onto the truck before commencing each journey. Comply with applicable traffic regulations, hazardous waste transportation requirements, and safe driving practices on public roads. Perform daily operator-level inspections and routine maintenance to ensure company trucks remain in safe and serviceable condition. Monitor vehicle maintenance and LTA inspection schedules, and notify the Supervisor at least two weeks before any scheduled due date.
