Technical Support Chemist - Segregation

Tuas Sign on Bonus AWS + VB + Quarterly Bonus Key Responsibilities Supervise daily waste receiving, unloading, segregation and distribution operations.

Verify incoming waste, resolve discrepancies and coordinate treatment and storage arrangements.

Review and improve operational workflows to enhance efficiency and reduce treatment costs.

Develop treatment methods and handling procedures for new or unidentified waste.

Conduct regular plant inspections and ensure compliance with 5S, TPM and safety standards.

Supervise and train staff on safe waste handling, PPE requirements and risk assessments.

Provide technical support during emergency response situations.

Coordinate with EHS and other departments to ensure regulatory compliance and emergency preparedness.
