Company Overview: - Basic Up to: $3600 + AWS + VB + Sign-on Bonus + Quarterly Incentive + $120 transport allowance if possess own transport Tuas Working Hours: Monday to Friday (8am – 5pm) Your Responsibilities: - Supervise waste receiving, unloading, segregation, and distribution activities to ensure efficient operations and smooth workflow. Inspect incoming waste streams to verify their suitability for the designated treatment processes. Conduct routine plant inspections to monitor process efficiency, workplace safety, staff discipline, machinery conditions, and compliance with 5S and TPM practices. Review existing workflows, operational procedures, and departmental performance regularly to identify improvement opportunities and implement corrective measures. Evaluate and optimize waste treatment methods to reduce operational costs and maximize waste recovery, reuse, and resource value. Provide technical guidance and support to the Emergency Response Team during emergency activations at the plant or customer sites.
