Chemical Engineering Technician - Sludge Treatment

Tuas Sign on Bonus AWS + VB + Quarterly Bonus Key Responsibilities Support daily plant operations, sludge pit and weighbridge activities. Optimize DWS and DS treatment capacity while ensuring safe operations.

Minimize utility consumption, including PNG, chemicals, water and electricity.

Monitor hopper levels and coordinate with crane operators to prevent shutdowns.

Inspect dried sludge and adjust feed rates to maintain optimal operating temperatures.

Monitor sludge transfer pumps and perform basic troubleshooting.

Assist with plant maintenance and scheduled shutdowns.

Conduct routine inspections and report operational abnormalities.

Ensure compliance with EHS regulations and maintain good housekeeping.
