Staff Nurse | 5-Day Work Week | North

Your tasks

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurse to join a well-established social service organisation. You will play an important role in overseeing clients' healthcare needs, ensuring quality nursing care and working closely with a multidisciplinary team to support their overall well-being.

• Provide and oversee nursing care, ensuring clients' healthcare and medical needs are appropriately managed.
• Monitor clients' health, well-being and progress, maintaining high standards of care.
• Supervise and guide Nurse Aides, Health Attendants and other care staff.
• Support clients in daily activities and mealtimes where required.
• Communicate effectively with families, caregivers and multidisciplinary team members.
• Provide training and guidance to care staff on nursing procedures and best practices.
• Assist with duty rostering, care guidelines and service improvement initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Nursing or equivalent.
• Registered with the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB) with a valid Practising Certificate.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant nursing or healthcare experience.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Compassionate, responsible and committed to delivering quality client care.
