QUANTITY SURVEYOR – ELECTRICAL (5 DAYS WORK)
Location: Corporate Office, Singapore Salary: To be discussed based on experience Employment Type: Full-Time
Job Responsibilities
- Prepare cost estimates for electrical works, including materials, labour and project requirements.
- Perform quantity take-off and support preparation of Bills of Quantities.
- Prepare tender documents and assist with tender evaluation.
- Obtain and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
- Assist with contract administration and commercial negotiations.
- Monitor project costs, budgets and variations.
- Prepare and evaluate progress claims and subcontractor payments.
- Assist with Variation Orders and commercial claims.
- Support cost forecasting and commercial risk management.
- Conduct occasional site visits for verification and checking.
Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Quantity Surveying with electrical exposure , or related discipline.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with working experience should preferably have experience in Electrical / M&E Quantity Surveying .
- Electrical knowledge/background is required.
- Able to read and understand electrical drawings would be advantageous.
- Basic knowledge of tendering, costing, BOQ or contracts will be advantageous.
- Good communication and numerical skills.
- Comfortable with occasional site visits.
