About the role Oversee full-spectrum HR and administrative functions for two Malaysian entities, managing recruitment, onboarding, probation and employee documentation. Coordinate monthly payroll inputs, attendance, leave and overtime while ensuring compliance with Malaysian employment laws and regulations. Key responsibilities Manage recruitment, onboarding, probation and employee documentation

Coordinate monthly payroll inputs, attendance, leave and overtime

Ensure compliance with Malaysian employment laws and regulations

Monitor EPF, SOCSO, EIS and statutory requirements

Handle employee relations, grievances and disciplinary matters

Coordinate resignations, terminations and employee exit processes

Support performance appraisals, salary reviews and promotions

Coordinate employee training, welfare and engagement activities

Maintain HR policies, SOPs, employee records and HR systems

Work closely with Malaysia Management and Singapore Group HR

Requirements Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent

5–8 years of relevant full-spectrum HR experience

Good knowledge of Malaysian employment legislation

Familiar with payroll, EPF, SOCSO, EIS and statutory requirements

Experience in recruitment, employee relations and performance management

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities

High level of confidentiality, integrity and attention to detail
