Sales Coordinator (Marine/West/2.8k/5 days)

Responsibilities: Handle customer’s enquiries via email or phone calls Generate quotations and process purchase orders Advise customer on products and services related information accurately Generate sales from customer’s queries Resolve any customer’s complaint and issue arise Attend to any questions or queries related to company’s product Plan and allocate adequate manpower to complete assigned jobs Manage purchasing related matters as per customer’s queries Work closely with Service Engineers for any job task related

Requirements: Min ITE/Diploma in Business, Engineering, or any related field Min 1 year of relevant experience Good communication and customer service oriented Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
