Job Summary Lead and manage compliance operations to ensure strict adherence to legal and regulatory requirements. Drive risk assessments, audits, and compliance training to foster a culture of integrity and regulatory alignment across the organization. Responsibilities Oversee Group operations to ensure full compliance with legal statutes, regulatory mandates, and official directives Act as primary liaison with regulatory bodies, managing correspondence, inspections, and mandatory submissions Identify operational deficiencies and compliance vulnerabilities across business divisions Conduct periodic risk assessments and recommend mitigation strategies to reduce threats Perform hands-on compliance reviews of operational workflows and procedures Develop and implement surveillance systems to maintain continuous regulatory compliance Create, update, and maintain comprehensive compliance handbooks and operational standards Ensure effective dissemination and consistent enforcement of policies throughout the organization Design and deliver ongoing compliance training programs for staff members Promote a strong culture of integrity and regulatory adherence at all organizational levels Provide actionable compliance guidance to business and operational units Support new projects by assessing regulatory impact and compliance requirements Preferred competencies and qualifications Prior experience engaging with regulatory authorities is an advantage Familiarity with regulatory frameworks in money lending or consumer finance sectors Proven track record in audits, risk evaluations, and compliance framework development Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and interpersonal communication skills Ability to work independently while mentoring and supporting team members Other Information Reeve Lim Kok Kiong Recruit Fast Pte.
