Location : Novena Work Schedule : Office Hours | 5.5-Day Work Week
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct home visits to assess patients and provide professional nursing care
- Deliver comprehensive care for patients with acute and chronic wounds
- Perform advanced wound management, including Negative Pressure Wound Therapy (NPWT), conventional wound dressings, and 2-layer and 4-layer compression bandaging
- Assess, manage, and provide care for patients with stomas
- Educate and counsel patients and their families on wound healing, stoma care, and the appropriate use of stoma appliances
- Demonstrate proper wound and stoma care techniques to patients and primary caregivers
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure quality patient care at all times
Requirements
- Registered Nurse with a minimum of 2 years of nursing experience
- Experience or interest in wound and stoma care is preferred
- Comfortable travelling to patients' homes to provide nursing services
- Able to work rotational Saturdays, Public Holidays, and participate in on-call duties
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and patient education skills
- Passionate about delivering patient-centred care with professionalism and empathy
