Job Scope: Check system readiness, test functions, data entry and verify customer data before migration. Perform the migration according to the approved schedule and procedures. Track the migration to ensure everything runs smoothly. Make outbound calls when necessary. Troubleshoot, escalate, and work with the customer and team to fix any problems. Record all actions, issues, and outcomes throughout the migration process
