Job Scope:
- Supervise and manage a team of Ward Service Associates (WSAs).
- Ensure smooth ward operations and uphold service standards.
- Coordinate WSA deployment and daily task execution.
- Oversee stock levels and supplies for the ward.
- Support patient meal and nutrition service processes.
- Work closely with ward supervisors and nursing staff.
- Lead service improvement initiatives and projects.
- Perform any other operational duties as required.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
