Jobscope : Partner with hiring managers and business functions to understand recruitment requirements and staffing needs. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, candidate assessment and offer management. Develop and maintain talent pipelines through proactive sourcing and candidate engagement. Support high-volume and mass recruitment activities across different employee levels. Manage candidate data and recruitment pipelines through the Applicant Tracking System. Review and refine job descriptions to support effective candidate attraction and sourcing. Develop and implement sourcing strategies to reach relevant talent pools. Support and participate in career fairs and recruitment initiatives with relevant external partners and institutions. Monitor recruitment activity and provide hiring statistics, reports and market insights to support business decisions. Ensure recruitment processes and job advertisements comply with applicable employment legislation and fair employment practices. Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes, sourcing strategies and overall hiring effectiveness.
