Location: United Square (Novena) Duration: 1st Sept - 30th Nov 2026 Working Hours: 3 weekdays + 2 weekends (10-7pm / 1-10pm) Salary:$12/HR Job Scope: Field parent/customer enquiries over the phone. Assist with student enrolment over the phone (providing of general details about our programmes to parents and directing leads to our sales team). Handle customer feedback promptly and professionally. Perform any other duties and responsibilities as and when assigned by management, not limited to helping with front desk walk-in enquiries when needed. Job Requirements: Min.
