*URGENT* Senior Speech Therapist - $8K++ #HXY

Job Description: Assess patients’ conditions for appropriate and effective treatment plan and implementation. Administer therapeutic interventions aimed at reducing impairment or functional limitations and optimising recovery process. Manage and sustain a satisfactory personal caseload of patients. Facilitate cross-referral to other rehabilitation disciplines when appropriate, in collaboration with the referring physician. Deliver education to patients and caregivers. Initiate discharge planning and propose appropriate discharge therapy programmes based on patients’ conditions. Maintain timely, accurate, and comprehensive documentation of all treatments with clarity and precision based on the standards. Lead quality initiatives within the department.
