Company is a SME dealing with company deal with lab / cleanroom supplies, consumbles, saftey PPE Job scope: Check incoming stock tally with order list or invoices Assist in inventory count and record unto the MS Dynamics / Excel Support / process customer orders, raise Purchase orders Email / reply to clients Coordinate and ensure timely delivery to customers Other duties assigned by supervisor Flexible work hours either 7.30am-4.30pm or 8am -5pm or 9am-6pm (initially expect some OT like 30mins but after get used to the process then no OT ) Requirements: Minimum Diploma in any discipline Experience in PO / DO order processing and able to tally order list / invoices Knowledge in MS Dynamics a Plus Must have godd MS Office & communication skills Must be able to start work immediately / short notice Salary: $2.8K to 3.2K max (AWS + Quarterly Incentive + VB) Interest applicants, pls email updated resume to jessie@recruitexpress.com.sg Jessie Hoe Huey Miin CEI Reg No. R1103861 EA Lic: 99C4599
