*URGENT!* Locum Pharmacy Technician #HFT

Job Responsibilities

• Perform inbound stock receiving, checking, and repacking of medications.
• Process medication orders and prescriptions in accordance with established procedures.
• Conduct quality checks on picked medication orders and prepare them for delivery.
• Support the implementation and maintenance of pharmacy IT systems and automation processes.
• Manage inventory, including stock replenishment, cycle counts, and stock-taking activities.
• Perform billing procedures for pharmacy services.
• Coordinate medication deliveries to healthcare institutions or patients, including reconciliation, handover, and issue resolution.
• Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping of the pharmacy work area and manage pharmacy consumables.
• Support quality improvement initiatives and projects.
• Assist in the orientation and training of new staff assigned to the department.
• Support operational management within the assigned section when appointed as a team leader.
• Perform any other ad hoc duties or cross-functional support as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Diploma in Pharmaceutical Science (completed) is required.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Good communication and organisational skills.
• Immediate availability or able to commit for the full 3-month assignment is preferred.
