Coordinate and supervise a small team of clinic/admin staff

Manage appointments, enquiries, customer service and administrative matters

Ensure the clinic runs smoothly and efficiently

Support staff scheduling, coordination and daily operations

Maintain a high standard of customer service and clinic presentation

Work closely with the team to improve processes and overall clinic experience

Take ownership of clinic operations and contribute to the growth of the business

✨ What We're Looking For Preferably 2–3 years or more of relevant clinic / TCM / wellness experience

Comfortable managing a team and taking responsibilities for daily operations

Strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills

Independent, responsible and proactive
