We are partnering with a prestigious, award-winning international banking group looking for a sharp, proactive Treasury Product & System Implementation Specialist for a high-impact 1-year contract.

Your tasks

In this role, you won't just support routine operations—you will sit at the thrilling intersection of business, product management, and technology. You will play a vital role in driving core Treasury system enhancements, digital transformation projects, and the rollout of cutting-edge Structured Products and FX solutions. If you love solving complex problems, working hand-in-hand with front-office dealers and tech teams, and seeing a project through from concept to go-live, this is your platform to shine.

What You Will Own & Drive

• Lead System & Digitalisation Initiatives: Champion Treasury system implementations, platform upgrades, and product enhancements through hands-on requirements gathering, gap analysis, and delivery tracking.
• Bridge Business & Tech: Translate complex front-office workflows from Treasury Product Managers and dealers into clear, actionable system specifications for technology teams.

• UAT & Quality Assurance: Design, prepare, and execute comprehensive test scenarios and UAT cases, aggressively tracking defects to guarantee flawless system performance.
• Treasury & Investment Product Setup: Oversee the configuration and workflow optimization for high-value asset classes, including Structured Products, Foreign Exchange (FX), bonds, and Structured Notes.

• Cross-Functional Stakeholder Management: Act as the trusted anchor connecting Trading Desks, Technology, Operations, Compliance, Risk, and external vendors to hit critical project milestones.
• Process & Project Governance: Maintain meticulous project trackers, build user guides, map process flows, and ensure tight risk mitigation and compliance controls.

What You Bring to the Table

• Core Experience: Solid background in Treasury, Structured Products, Foreign Exchange (FX), Global Markets, Wealth Management products, or a dedicated product implementation/business analysis function.
• Project & Tech Savvy: Proven exposure to system implementation, digitalisation, or business transformation projects. Familiarity with Treasury/Wealth trading systems and Bloomberg is a strong advantage.

• Functional Mastery: Hands-on experience in UAT execution, requirements gathering, process mapping, and navigating the end-to-end trade lifecycle.
• The Right Mindset: Highly structured, fiercely detail-oriented, and self-driven. You can pick up complex product workflows quickly and execute with minimal supervision.

• Communication Power: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the capability to bridge the gap between fast-paced trading floors and technical engineering teams.
