Training Provided! | Locum Care Support Associate (CSA) - #HJZ

We are looking for Locum Care Support Associates (CSA) whom are warm and kind-hearted to support inpatient care services! Job Details Working Days: Minimum 3–4 days per week

Shift: AM / PM shifts

Contract: 3 months, renewable with potential for longer-term opportunities!

Key Responsibilities Provide appropriate patient observation and monitoring according to established protocols.

Maintain a safe and supportive environment for patients requiring enhanced monitoring.

Alert the nursing / care team to changes in patient condition or behaviour.

Assist patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) where required.

Support basic patient care and mobility needs.

Assist with general ward activities and patient-related duties.

Follow hospital policies, safety procedures and infection control requirements.

Work closely with nurses and other healthcare professionals.

Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements Prior experience in healthcare, hospital, caregiving or patient care is an advantage.

Comfortable working with patients in an inpatient / hospital environment.

Responsible, patient and able to follow established care and safety procedures.

Good communication and teamwork skills!
