Location: Raffles Place Duration: Till Dec 2026 Salary: $11-15/hr 💼 Job Scope:

• Conduct outbound calls to members and follow up on enquiries and payment matters.
• Record and maintain accurate call records, member feedback and campaign outcomes.
• Prepare reports and support post-campaign administrative processes.
• Coordinate with unions and internal stakeholders on campaign follow-up activities.
• Support membership roadshows, outreach activities and event logistics.
• Perform general administrative and other ad hoc duties as assigned.

• Min. Diploma / Degree in any field
