Temp Registration Officer (Customer Service) #ESS

Novena 3 Months $12/HR 3 Weekdays and 2 Weekends Weekdays (10am-7pm/1pm-10pm) Weekends (9am-6pm) Responsibilities Handle customer enquiries and provide accurate information over the phone. Assist with registrations and enrolment processes, including providing general programme/service information and directing leads to the relevant sales team. Address customer feedback and enquiries promptly and professionally. Assist with front desk walk-in enquiries and provide general administrative support when required.
