WORK SCHEDULE
5 days per week – 3 Weekdays & 2 Weekends Weekdays: 10.00am – 7.00pm / 1.00pm – 10.00pm Weekends: 9.00am – 6.00pm
JOB SCOPE
- Handle parent and customer enquiries over the phone.
- Provide information on programmes and assist with student registration.
- Direct potential leads to the sales team.
- Respond to customer feedback professionally and promptly.
REQUIREMENTS
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Comfortable speaking with parents and customers over the phone.
- Able to commit to 3 weekdays and 2 weekends each week.
- Able to commit for the full contract period.
