We are hiring Temp Patient Service Officers (GP Department) to be outsourced to our client from a reputable healthcare organization. Apply now!

Job Responsibilities

• Perform patient registration and schedule patient appointments.
• Assist doctors in the consultation room when required.
• Dispense medications to patients.
• Collect and process payments.
• Attend to patients and provide frontline support.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Prior Patient Service Officer (PSO) or healthcare experience preferred.
• Able to commit until end December 2026, with possibility of extension.
• Able to work any 5 days from Monday to Sunday.
• Able to commit to a rostered 42-hour work week.
• Comfortable working within clinic operating hours: Monday–Saturday, 8am–9.30pm and Sunday, 8.30am–6pm.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
