Temp Patient Service Associate – Bed Management Unit (BMU) 💰 $15/hour 📅 ASAP to Jan 2027 📍 Queenstown Working Hours • Monday to Friday • Public Holidays when required • AM Shift: 8am to 5pm – usual shift • PM Shift: 11am to 8pm – only when activated based on operational needs • No night shifts for temp staff Job Scope • Coordinate patient admissions, transfers and bed allocation to support smooth patient flow • Monitor bed utilisation and hospital capacity • Coordinate ambulance transfers and liaise with internal teams and external vendors • Handle administrative enquiries and operational matters • Prepare and maintain operational reports and records • Support emergency response activities, including Code Blue coordination and testing • Maintain strict patient confidentiality and comply with PDPA requirements • Assist with process improvement initiatives and departmental projects Interested candidates, please send your updated CV to jocelynchan@recruitexpress.com.sg or Telegram @jocelynchan.
