Temp Patient Service Associate ($2.5k/Islandwide) #HZOT

Location: Central/East/North-East Working Hours: Weekdays: 7.00AM–7.00PM (8 hours/day according to roster) Saturdays: 7.00AM–1.30PM (4 hours according to roster) Must be comfortable starting as early as 7.00AM on some days Job Responsibilities: Register and assist patients. Schedule appointments and coordinate specialist referrals. Handle payments and patient enquiries. Address patient concerns and escalate when required. Provide good customer service to patients. Assist at the health monitoring station, including taking patients’ height, weight and blood pressure.
