Your tasks

💼 Responsibilities

• Gather business requirements and identify opportunities for digitalisation and automation
• Design and develop internal applications, portals and automated workflows
• Build solutions for onboarding, claims, approvals, tracking and employee self-service
• Develop interactive dashboards and management reports using Power BI
• Build and automate workflows using Power Automate
• Develop HR AI agents to streamline administrative processes
• Integrate systems and data through APIs and automated workflows
• Conduct testing, deployment and user training
• Maintain system documentation and provide post-implementation support
• Explore emerging AI technologies and suitable business applications

Requirements

📝 Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with Power BI and Power Automate required
• Experience in application development, workflow automation or digital transformation projects
• Familiar with databases, APIs and system integration
• Power Apps / Microsoft Power Platform experience advantageous
• Knowledge of Copilot Studio, Microsoft Azure, SQL, Python or API integration advantageous
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Able to translate business requirements into practical digital solutions
• Good stakeholder management and communication skills
