Temp Customer Service Staff | Up to $15/hr | Raffles Place | 3-Month Contract 📍 Location: One Marina Boulevard, Raffles Place 📄 Contract: ASAP – End December 2026 🕘 Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 8.30am–6.00pm 👤 Vacancy: 1 💰 Hourly Rate MIN Under Diploma / O-Level: $10/hr

MIN Diploma: $11/hr

MIN Undergraduate: $12/hr

Min Degree Holder: $15/hr

📋 What You'll Be Doing Support customer service counter and concierge duties

Handle membership enquiries and customer requests

Assist with UTAP, gift claims and hardship grant applications

Create and update cases in the CRM system

Maintain the daily appointment list

Assist with frontline transactions including: Membership sign-ups

Assistance programme submissions

Card replacement

Extract daily, weekly and monthly CRM performance reports

Make outbound calls for appointment confirmation when required

Perform data entry and other administrative duties

Support other ad-hoc tasks as assigned
