💰 $10 – $15/hour 📅 Contract till End Dec 2026 | Extension possible 🕐 Monday – Friday | 8.30am – 6.00pm 📍 Currently Woodlands | Relocating to REX House, Little India MRT around Oct 2026

Join a customer service team supporting members of the public through phone, email and administrative assistance. This is a good opportunity for candidates who enjoy helping others and are comfortable handling multiple tasks in a structured office environment.

Below Diploma / O-Level $10/hr Diploma $11/hr Undergraduate $12/hr Degree Holder $15/hr

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service

• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and courteously
• Respond to email enquiries and provide timely assistance
• Provide information regarding appointments and service-related matters
• Address customer concerns with empathy and clarity

Administrative Support

• Perform data entry, filing and document management
• Update and process requests accurately
• Assist with reports and tracking of enquiries
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and information

Issue Resolution

• Liaise with internal teams to resolve customer enquiries
• Escalate complex or unresolved matters to the appropriate supervisor
• Follow up on outstanding requests to ensure timely resolution

Additional Information

• Must be able to commit until end December 2026
• Extension may be possible
• May occasionally be deployed to other service centres when required
• Government security clearance (Cat 2) is required and may result in approximately 2 weeks' delay before starting
