📍 Science Park 2 💰 $4,000–$4,500/month 📅 6-Month Contract
💼 Responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries on products, pricing, maintenance, rentals and deliveries
- Process customer and service orders using ERP / SAP systems
- Prepare quotations, delivery orders and invoices
- Coordinate job scheduling, equipment receipt/return and customer deliveries
- Liaise with engineers, sales, logistics, warehouse and suppliers on order status
- Monitor open orders, unbilled transactions and stock availability
- Support service contracts, rental agreements and spare parts orders
- Monitor contract expiry dates and prepare renewal documentation
- Coordinate maintenance schedules and engineer dispatch
- Support inventory planning and general service administration
📝 Requirements
- Min. Diploma / Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering or related discipline
- Min. 2–4 years' experience in Customer Service, Order Management or Service Coordination
- SAP experience required; SAP DW1 / Service Module experience highly preferred
- Engineering, medical device or technical service industry experience advantageous
