Temp Call Centre Operator ($12/hr, 1 month, Chai Chee) #HJY

Your tasks

• Handling incoming enquiries pertaining to Budget 2026, via calls, refer to given FAQs and provide replies.
• Answer Calls: Handle incoming customer inquiries, requests, and issues.
• Make Calls: Conduct outbound follow-ups, surveys, or sales outreach.
• Resolve Issues: Fix customer problems or route them to the right team.
• Log Activity: Record call notes and customer details in the system.
• Provide Info: Explain products, services, billing, and company policies.
• Digital Support: Respond to inquiries via chat, email, or tickets.

Requirements

Job Requirements

• Min A Levels/Diploma/Degree in any field
• Experience in handling contact centre cases in a call centre or service industry environment would be an advantage
• Proficient in MS Office applications with excellent keyboard skills
