System Process Analyst *Up to $5K* – HSN

We are hiring under Recruit Express headcount and you will be deployed to:

Location: Aljunied Contract Duration: 1 Year Contract Salary: $4,000 – $5,000/month

You will work closely with business users, vendors and project stakeholders to analyse and transform laboratory workflows, systems and test reporting processes, ensuring successful onboarding to NEHR and compliance with regulatory requirements by September 2027.

Job Responsibilities Analyse existing laboratory workflows, systems and test reporting processes. Gather and document business and system requirements from stakeholders. Translate business needs into clear and actionable system requirements. Support system implementation and process transformation initiatives. Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and track testing progress. Manage and follow up on system defects and issues through resolution. Work closely with users, vendors and project stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. Support NEHR onboarding activities and ensure processes comply with relevant requirements. Prepare and maintain project, process and system documentation.
