Supply Chain Executive (Chemical) #EAT

Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end logistics operations for local, import, export and APAC drop-shipment orders. Coordinate with customers, sales, warehouse, freight forwarders, transporters and overseas teams to ensure timely order fulfilment. Manage shipping and import/export documentation, including LC, insurance, customs and delivery documents. Coordinate incoming shipments and port clearance while minimizing demurrage, storage and other logistics costs. Source and evaluate cost-effective freight and transportation solutions and monitor service provider performance. Track orders, shipping documents, PODs, GRNs and invoicing to ensure timely delivery and accurate inventory records. Prepare regular open-order and OTIF reports and provide shipment updates to customers, sales and management. Verify logistics-related invoices and ensure accurate and timely processing. Support QC documentation, inventory activities, physical stock counts and other logistics operations. Provide backup support for local deliveries, exports, tolling/blending and inventory management.
