Strategic Data & Analytics Project Manager (SORA) #HDC1

We are looking for a Strategic Data & Analytics Project Manager to lead end-to-end data, analytics and AI initiatives, partnering closely with business, technology and data teams to deliver impactful solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead projects from requirements gathering, planning and development through testing, go-live and post-launch tracking .
• Define project scope, objectives, success metrics, timelines, risks, dependencies and budgets.
• Develop and monitor Gantt charts and project plans , ensuring milestones and deliverables are achieved.
• Translate business needs into clear requirements and specifications for data, IT and analytics teams.
• Coordinate stakeholders across business, data, IT and data governance functions to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Work closely with analysts to prepare project updates, monitor progress and drive adoption of solutions after implementation.
• Manage external vendors, including contracts, deliverables, timelines and performance.
• Support the implementation of data, Business Intelligence (BI), analytics and AI initiatives that enable better business decision-making.

Requirements

• Degree in Data Analytics, Business, Information Technology, Computer Science or a related discipline.
• 3–4 years of experience managing data, analytics or BI projects .
• Proven track record in end-to-end project management and stakeholder coordination.
• Good understanding of data pipelines, dashboards, data warehouses and analytics tools .
• Strong analytical, organisational and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
• High level of integrity and discretion when handling confidential and personally identifiable information.
• Proactive, adaptable and goal-oriented, with the ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
