Staff Nurse – OT / ICU / Urgent Care | Up to $6,500 #HHLT

📍 Queenstown 💰 $3,190–$6,500/month 🕒 3 Rotating Shifts

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, high-quality nursing care according to patients’ clinical needs
• Assess, monitor and document patients’ conditions and progress
• Administer medications and treatments according to hospital protocols
• Assist doctors with examinations, procedures and emergency interventions
• Recognise changes or deterioration in patients’ conditions and respond appropriately
• Operate and handle relevant clinical equipment safely
• Maintain infection control, patient safety and clinical standards
• Collaborate with doctors, nurses and multidisciplinary healthcare teams
• Educate and communicate with patients and their families regarding care and treatment
• Maintain accurate nursing documentation and patient records
• Support junior nursing staff and departmental operations when required

Requirements

• Min. diploma / Degree in Nursing
• Registered with Singapore Nursing Board (SNB)
• Relevant experience in Operating Theatre, ICU / Critical Care or Emergency / Urgent Care preferred
• Advanced Diploma in relevant nursing specialty advantageous
• Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Able to work 3 rotating shifts
