Salary: up to $4800
Working Days & Hours: 5-day rotating work week, on a 2-shift schedule:
- AM Shift: 7:00 am – 3:00 pm
- PM Shift: 1:00 pm – 9:00 pm
Location: woodlands
Job Description:
- Supervise and provide guidance to Nurse Aides, Health Attendants and other care/support staff.
- Oversee and attend to the healthcare and medical needs of clients.
- Monitor clients’ well-being and progress, ensuring appropriate standards of care are maintained.
- Support and supervise clients during daily activities and mealtimes, where required.
- Maintain professional communication with clients’ families/caregivers and collaborate closely with the multidisciplinary team.
- Provide training and guidance to relevant care staff.
- Prepare duty rosters and support the development of care guidelines, where assigned.
- Recommend and support programmes that enhance clients’ care and development.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Job Requirements: Min Diploma/Degree in Nursing or similar
