Staff Nurse – Dementia & Behavioural Support #HCK

5-Day Work Week

Role Summary Provide person-centred nursing care to seniors with dementia in a centre-based setting. Conduct assessments, manage care plans, and support families and care staff.

Key Responsibilities Perform clinical assessments and develop individualised care plans. Manage medication, wound care, and respond to medical emergencies. Supervise care staff in managing behavioural issues related to dementia. Educate and counsel clients and families on health and dementia care. Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with nursing standards. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and support quality improvement.

Requirements Diploma or Degree in Nursing; valid SNB registration and practising certificate. BCLS and AED certification (or willingness to obtain). Minimum 2–3 years’ nursing experience. Experience in eldercare, dementia, or community care preferred.

Working Arrangements 5-day work week, Monday to Friday, office hours. Centre-based, with potential home-care visits as assigned.

What We Offer Competitive salary: SGD 3,500 – SGD 5,500/month (based on experience). Stable hours, training in dementia care, and supportive team environment.
