Your tasks
Job Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care to inpatients, including medication administration, injections and wound dressing.
- Conduct patient assessments and develop, implement and evaluate individualised nursing care plans.
- Educate patients and their families on healthcare needs and nursing management.
- Monitor and document patients’ conditions, progress and nursing interventions.
- Ensure nursing care is delivered in accordance with hospital policies, professional standards and clinical guidelines.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary healthcare team to provide comprehensive and effective patient care.
- Guide and orientate junior nursing staff to support quality patient care.
- Assist the Nurse Manager and Senior Staff Nurse with clinical and administrative ward operations.
- Perform other nursing duties as assigned by the Nursing Division.
Requirements
- Registered Staff Nurse with a recognised nursing qualification.
- Valid registration with the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB).
- Relevant inpatient nursing experience preferred.
- Able to work rotating shifts, including night shifts.

- Morning: 7.00am – 3.30pm
- Afternoon: 12.00pm – 9.30pm / 12.30pm – 9.30pm
- Night: 8.30pm – 7.30am
