Solution Specialist – Microscopy / Life Sciences | Up to $7K #HHLT

📍 Taiseng 💰 Up to $6,000–$7,000/month

💼 Responsibilities

• Drive product strategy, planning and go-to-market execution for healthcare / microscopy solutions
• Conduct market analysis, competitive benchmarking and technology trend assessments
• Develop product positioning, pricing strategies and portfolio roadmaps
• Translate market and customer needs into product requirements and solutions
• Support demand forecasting and sales planning
• Provide technical and application support for optical microscopy systems, including Confocal, TIRF and Super-Resolution microscopy
• Design system configurations based on customers’ applications and technical requirements
• Support pre-sales activities including product demonstrations, workshops and conferences
• Conduct customer requirement discussions and support sales teams with technical solution positioning
• Deliver product and application training to internal teams and distributors
• Work closely with HQ, factories, Product Management, Planning, Sales and Service teams across the region

📝 Requirements

• Min. bachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Optics, Physics or related discipline
• Min. 5 years of relevant experience in a technical / scientific field
• Knowledge and experience with microscopy / optical microscopy systems strongly preferred
• Strong business acumen with the ability to connect technical solutions to customer and market needs
• Able to manage multiple initiatives across different product lifecycle stages
• Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
• Proactive, self-driven and comfortable working independently in a regional role
• Confident presentation and facilitation skills
• Able to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
