🔬 Solution Specialist – Life Sciences & Microscopy | Permanent 📍 Tai Seng 💰 Up to $6,000–$7,000 + AWS + Variable Bonus 🌏 Regional Asia Role What You’ll Do

• Drive product strategy, planning, positioning and go-to-market activities across Asia • Conduct market analysis, competitive benchmarking and technology trend assessments • Develop pricing strategies, product positioning and portfolio roadmaps • Translate customer and market needs into product requirements and solutions • Support forecasting, demand planning and sales strategies • Provide technical and application expertise for optical microscopy systems , including Confocal, TIRF and Super-Resolution technologies • Design system configurations based on customers’ research applications and technical requirements • Support product demonstrations, workshops, conferences and other pre-sales activities • Conduct technical discussions and requirements analysis with customers • Partner sales teams on solution positioning and value propositions • Deliver product and application training to internal teams and distributors • Develop training materials, technical documentation, videos and e-learning content • Work closely with regional teams, HQ, factories, Product Management, Planning, Sales and Service • Gather insights from customers and KOLs to support product development and regional strategy
