Software Engineer #IFL

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain features for our EdTech applications and backend services.
• Translate product requirements into clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
• Build and maintain REST APIs and backend services.
• Work on features related to:
• Student and user management
• Courses and learning content
• Assessments, quizzes, and assignments
• Student progress and performance tracking
• Teacher and educator tools
• Notifications and communication
• Learning resources and content management
• Reports and dashboards
• Third-party integrations
• Write unit tests and participate in integration and automated testing.
• Debug application issues and troubleshoot production or development problems.
• Participate in code reviews and follow engineering best practices.
• Work with databases to store and retrieve application and learning-related data.
• Collaborate with Product, QA, Design, DevOps, and other engineering teams.
• Participate in Agile development activities including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Contribute to technical documentation and continuously improve development processes.
• Learn new technologies and contribute to improving the scalability, reliability, and performance of the platform.
