Shipping Manager (Chemical Industry) #JTL

Manage daily import/export and shipping operations. Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, carriers and customs agents. Ensure accurate shipping documentation and timely delivery. Monitor shipments and resolve delays or logistics issues. Manage shipping costs and negotiate freight rates. Liaise with Warehouse, Sales, Purchasing and Finance teams. Ensure compliance with customs and trade regulations. Lead the shipping team and drive operational improvements. Prepare shipping reports and monitor logistics KPIs. Requirements: Minimum Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or related field, with 5+ years of relevant shipping/logistics experience and strong team management skills. Open to up to $5000 based on 12 months' salary package.
