🚘 Service Executive | Premium Automotive

$3,500 – $4,500/month 🕘 8.30am – 6.00pm 💼 Permanent Position 🚗 Class 3 Driving Licence Required

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for service customers and deliver a premium customer experience
• Manage the full servicing process from vehicle check-in and job card creation through to vehicle handover
• Explain repair and servicing requirements, costs and estimated completion timelines to customers
• Provide regular updates on repair progress, delays and additional work required
• Ensure service documentation is accurate and complies with company and manufacturer standards
• Recommend relevant additional services and products based on customers' vehicle requirements
• Assist with basic vehicle checks and technical inspections
• Coordinate closely between customers, technicians and front-of-house teams
• Support daily workshop scheduling, labour allocation and job prioritisation
• Monitor operational KPIs including labour sales, efficiency and customer satisfaction
• Support process improvements to enhance workshop efficiency and service quality
