Service Engineer (Medical) #HJO

Job Responsibilities

• Install, commission and configure medical equipment at customer sites.
• Perform preventive maintenance, calibration, testing and repairs according to manufacturer requirements.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electronic, electrical and mechanical equipment faults, including root cause analysis.
• Escalate complex technical issues to regional technical teams or equipment manufacturers
• Provide technical support and basic equipment training to clinics, hospitals and healthcare professionals.
• Maintain accurate service reports, equipment maintenance history and spare parts records.
• Manage assigned spare parts inventory and ensure proper handling of equipment components.
• Identify recurring equipment issues and recommend corrective actions and service improvements.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience servicing medical devices.
• Experience working directly with clinics and hospitals will be advantageous.
• Prior experience supervising, mentoring or providing technical guidance to junior engineers is preferred.
• Familiar with technical documentation and CRM/service management systems.
